Just an update. As the day has gone on, I am now getting the pop up for a chat, but still no badge. Things seem to be inconsistent. Which is problematic when providing this platform to hundreds of users.

Just a quick update, this has been improved/fixed in the latest release VitXi WebRTC v4.6.0-2 
We recommend updating to the latest version to benefit from these changes and overall improvements.

Our users are reporting that if they don’t have Vitxi open for when the first call of the day arrives, they don’t get notifications properly from then on. If they have Vitxi open for the first call then the notifications work fine for the rest of the day. Is this something you are able to replicate?
