VitXi 4.6.0-4 Release: New Auto Answer, Tags & Labels, and Email Templates

We are pleased to announce a new VitXi release with new features, UI improvements, and important fixes.

Advanced Auto Answer Settings

VitXi now provides more control over Auto Answer under Settings > Calls.

You can configure Auto Answer as Disabled, Always active, or controlled by SIP headers from the PBX, including Call-Info, Alert-Info, X-AutoAnswer, and Intercom headers.

Centralized Tags & Labels

Tags and labels are now centralized and easier to use across Omnichannel Conversations, Contacts, and Call History.

This update adds sidebar filters, count badges, improved tag chips, multi-tenant tag management for Super Admin users, and performance optimizations.

Customizable Email Templates

The Email Templates module has been redesigned to let administrators customize system emails such as welcome emails and password reset messages.

It includes a visual editor, image controls, Outlook-compatible buttons, custom headers and footers, dynamic variables, test emails, and improved dynamic URL generation.

Improved Contact Resolution

Phonebook contacts are now resolved using all available numbers: telephone, mobile number, and home number.

This improves contact identification for calls and messages when contacts have multiple numbers.

Fixes

  • Fixed Mail Settings not being updated correctly.
  • Fixed a scroll issue in the User Manager module.
