The email that is sent out from VitXi for new users, and now existing users (thank you), does not include what one would think is THE most important and fundamental bit of information - The VitXi URL!
While it includes a URL for altering the password, that is quite confusing and near useless for any “normal” VitXi user (which are 99% of them).
So 1) Fix that!, and 2) Give us the ability to alter this Email Template, just like in VitalPBX.
I’ve asked for this years ago in tickets that were unceremoniously closed. Have mentioned this in other forum posts that were either hijacked by clueless people or even simply closing the topic. This is a DIRECT plea. Please. Help us help you VitalPBX.
