Where is the Time Format in the UI used by the template?

The Fanvil X5U template in VitalPBX has these entries:
Time Display Style :{{ $timeFormat ?? 0 }}
Date Display Style :{{ $dateFormat ?? 0 }}

Where do I set these values in the VitalPBX UI?
