WebSocket not stable: disconnecting and randomly reconnecting

Hello dear team

We are experience instability of WebScoket service (port 8089)
We can note that, sometime Vitxi as well as others SIP clients that are connected to our system are disconnecting, at that time, when we want to reach url https://pbx.dream-digital.info:8089/ws it’s not reachable, then sometime it start working with us touching anywhere.

Can you help please

we are keeping restarting Asterisk by using systemctl restart asterisk command, when use it, it connect then after sometime disconnect
