We have WebRTC. We only have 2 extensions. 100 Laura and 101 Clive. We have active chats between each other in WebRTC. However, if we send a chat message from the Mobile App, not only doesn’t it open a new conversation, but it is opening it as 100 Tayla, which is extension 100 from a completely different tenancy on the Vital PBX.
I have checked all rosters etc and everything is correct. How is it pulling extension name/details from another tenant? This is definitely an error. I can also confirm that 100 Tayla did not receive the conversation in her WebRTC so it is not communicating with the wrong 100, it is just labeling the chat the wrong extension 100.
