WebRTC App going Grey and unuseable

I am finding that when the App is left for a period of time, the page goes grey and the only capabilities are to answer r hang up a call. Is this something that can be turned off or are there any tips on how to avoid it.

The only fix I have found so far is to restart he app and this is not viable as a long term solution

Yes the latest version 4.2.0-0 is installed

Please go to Addons, click on “Check Online,” and then click the “Reinstall” button to reinstall VitXi.

This should fix the issue.
