We are experiencing an issue with our VitalPBX system where the user interface becomes unavailable intermittently. This outage typically lasts between 15 to 30 minutes, during which we are unable to access the interface.
To resolve the issue temporarily, we restart the apache2
service, after which the interface becomes accessible again.
To assist in your investigation, we have attached a log screenshot that captures the issue. Please let us know if further details or additional logs are required to help diagnose the problem.
