Web Interface Crashing

We are experiencing an issue with our VitalPBX system where the user interface becomes unavailable intermittently. This outage typically lasts between 15 to 30 minutes, during which we are unable to access the interface.

To resolve the issue temporarily, we restart the apache2 service, after which the interface becomes accessible again.

To assist in your investigation, we have attached a log screenshot that captures the issue. Please let us know if further details or additional logs are required to help diagnose the problem.

We had a very similar issue after we added our first Polycom phones to a tennant. If you rebooted all the phones at the same time it crashed apache. Rebooting the PBX seemed to solve it.

This is why, we switch from Apache2 to NGINX in VitalPBX 4.5. we noticed that the Apache in Debian was not delivering the same performance as in CentOS.
