VPS Crashed Lost Installation Need License Reset (Solved)

My cloud VPS crashed and I lost my VitalPBX 4.2 installation. The VPS backup file was corrupted.

I’ve installed a new VPS with Debian 12 and VitalPBX 4.5 but it won’t let me apply the license because it is till attached to the system that is gone. I have the license key but if I try to install, it says maximum instances are in use.

I need to get the license key released so I can reinstall it. How can I do that?

Create a ticket with support, they can reset the license for you.

I was able to use the chat function and they were able to reset the license. This is resolved.
