VPBX Connect Mobile Client Not working in Background

The issue is when the device is open with the APP open in the foreground the app works fine when the app is minimised or closed or the screen is locked, the App will not accept the incomming Call and is showing unregistered.

I have allowed Ports 3500-3501 in the firewall and nothing is blocked in the Blacklist IP Addresses,

All setting in the PHones Anderoid and IOS have Backbround refresh enabled.

any idea’s

You have to allow the IPs in this post for all SIP ports

Thanks, i have allowed the IP Addresses for 5060 5061 and 3500 3501, its now working for Android but some IOS are having the same issue but intermittant.
even temorarily disabling the firewall it doesn’t make a difference

I have the registration working fine but no audio on the incomming Mobile App call, when the call is delivered to the device from the push server.

i have tried opening the firewall rules for the Voip Channels and have the following ports fowarded.

Mikrotik SIP Helper is turned off?

Try setting the In-Interface on your NAT rules. I’ve had some issues in the past that were solved by adding that parameter. Also, as mentioned above, make sure SIP is disabled under firewall and services.
