Voicemails Sending, but not Transcribing

Hello!
We’re doing a free trial of the Enterprise edition of VitalPBX.
Version is 4.5.1-4

While we were doing research, on the products feature page, it shows that voicemail and recording transcriptions are included: Best PBX Features | VitalPBX - Advanced PBX System

We have an account with openai and setup an API key. When we send voicemails, however, the emails are being sent, but the audio is not being transcribed.

I tested the API to make sure it was working using sendmail-openai and THEN the transcriptions work. Using the built-in /usr/share/vitalpbx/scripts/voicemail2email doesn’t transcribe the messages though.

I searched for troubleshooting instances and everything I’m finding says you need a Carrier Plus or Vital PBX one license. If that’s true, why then does it show that the Enterprise version should also work?

Plus, when I install the add-ons I get a green checkmark instead of the red ‘Buy License’ that appears for other à la carte add-ons.

Can you share screenshot of your settings? Are you working with main tenant?

I apologize, but I got it to work before this finished posting.

I reinstalled the Voice Hub and AI Assistants add on. This time, an extra option appeared in the extension module under the Voicemail tab called ‘Recordings Transcription’. I enabled the feature and now the transcriptions are working correctly.

The option didn’t originally appear, but reinstalling the add-ons fixed the issue.
