Has anyone else found that after the 4.1.0 R8 update that their Google voicemail transcript has stopped working? It looks like its stopped pulling the ‘sendmail’ script.
Do you still have your custom files?

Confirm it overrides the mailcmd parameters

You override the default program to send e-mail to use the script
mailcmd=/usr/sbin/sendmail-gcloud

Yep it all looks ok from a setup side. We do have a case logged with Support so hopefully they can help:
We have a similar issue where some voicemails will have transcription some other wont. Cant find a common cause. But we are using OpenAI instead of Google Cloud.
We also have a ticket open but no updates as of yet.
