Have an option to set voicemail timezone on the tenant, or give us a way to set the time zone on an import. If I set up a new tenant with a Pacific Time Zone and add 100 extensions, you’re telling me I then have to manually edit each ext to set the voicemail time zone?!? Why doesn’t the time zone reflect the zone of the tenant? Why can’t I do a bulk update or an import? There needs to be a better option.
