Would like to see on VitXi Multi-Tenant systems the ability to create and manage Global Groups that gives visibility amongst the tenants. This would be managed by a Super Administrator.
On an MT system, in the Main Tenant, a Super Administrator creates this Global Group(s) and adds Members from not only the Main Tenant, but also any Sub Tenants.
Usage example:
The Main Tenant is the corporate office. Sub-Tenants are satellite offices, or partners, customers, whatever. Any members added to this Global Group will be visible by others in the group, regardless of their tenant affiliation, thus allowing them to Call, Chat, Video conference, screen share, etc. across tenant boundaries.
