VitXi WebRTC browser foregrounded

Reporting an Issue VitXi WebRTC

When the browser is in idle or minimized on screen no ringing tone is available to announce agent of incoming call ,
therefore need to be foregrounded and this is not practical

any help

This could be due to browser settings.
For Microsoft Edge -
Go to setting → System and performance →

  1. sleeping tabs toggle to Off
  2. Never put these sites to sleep → Enter the URL of VitXi WebRTC
