In VITXI there is no notification for outgoing call status especially ( If Customer Canceled, or He is Busy or any error like Unreachable or InternalnServer Error )
Why ? and if exist how to enable it ?

On VitalPBX, you will hear different audios depending on the provider’s SIP response code during an outbound call.
Hello, I have the same concern about the Outbound call reaching a busy destination (Callee). The call has been ended immediately without any response to refer to that is busy destination!
Do you have any updates to fix that issue?

The issue not from the VitXi itself the issue is from the Dail Profile
Follow this steps
Go to Settings → Technology Settings → Dial Profiles
Then from the Menu choose Default
Then Edit 2 Feilds
1-Ringback Tone set it to None(Ringback)
2-Ringing Tone set it to Now
Then Save and Reload .
You now should hear the Provider Dial Message like Switched off or Not in service
If the answer is correct kindly mark as solution

However, this configuration was already in place before this ticket creation. It works with the softphone but not with VITXT.
The agent does not receive any notification, message, or tone when the customer cancels the call, when the line is busy, or in the event of system errors or warnings (such as “Internal Server Error,” “Busy Here,” “Not Found,” etc.), which would typically occur in any softphone.
