Hello! I’m experiencing issues with Vitxi. Here’s my setup:
- I have VPBX 4.5 installed on an Oracle instance.
- Ports 6001, 8088, and 8089 are enabled on both VPBX and Oracle.
- The extension (WebRTC Client enabled) shows as “Registered,” but I’m unable to make or receive calls.
Here’s what’s happening:
- Outbound calls: The call rings once and then stops.
- Inbound calls: I can answer the call, but there’s no audio in either direction, and the call disconnects shortly after.
I’ve tested this on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with the same results.
On the other hand, VPBX works perfectly with my Grandstream GXP2160 IP Phone for both inbound and outbound calls and Zoiper.
Could anyone advise on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?
