On a multi-tenant Carrier Plus licensed system, VitXi users see ‘Inboxes’, which subsequently notifies them that “This area requires an upgrade”. Get rid of that ASAP please. It’s one thing to actively upsell to sys admins, but certainly not to our end users on Carrier Plus licenses where we white-label and support your product. That is the whole point of a Carrier license, which clearly no longer includes everything and now takes a back seat to this new VitalPBX One license.
