VitXi DTMF Not Working

Please check why DTMF not woking on vitxi webrtc 1.0.6-6?

Test Lab

agent webrtc A call to agent Webrtc B, agent A press DTMF, in console it never show DTMF event.

agent webrtc A call to IVR → press DTMF → never get response.

Please solve this issue, because it working on previoust version

What happens when they call an external number. Does it work then?

Hi,

Not woking Sir DTMF internal & external.

If i change wephone using pjssip or dubanggo is working, so this issue on vitxi app.

Hello Sir,

Try setting the “DTMF Mode” to auto in the extensions settings.

Also, verify that the keyboard you are using to send DTMF is as follows:

Hi

Dtmf doesn’t work because I’m using the wrong dial pad (the one I circled in red). Nothing to do with DTMF mode
