VitXi | Audio | Settings

Hi,

When we receive a call in VitXi, the audio audio setting configured in VitXi 1.1.2-2, don’t work whit what we had configured. The call works with windows configurations

insted of VitXi audio settings:

I think that the app don’t save the audio settings and use the setting from windows

Did you set the audio preferences in the user settings modal?:

Yes I did .

At the moment I’m out off office and don’t have the device with me to show tham in the settings in the print screen , but I did.

We try with more than one user in different computers and accounts in VitXi and we have the same result. :frowning_face:

A new version of VitXi has been released.

After updating VitXi, you can set the audio settings and perform some tests.
