Vitxi and External Phonebooks

Hi There,
My team and I are using Vitxi and it works very well, but there is one thing that were are not sure if it is designed that way or if it is a feature/bug.

We can add number to our contacts and when these contacts call us, their name will show in the desktop notification and the call history. But when any numbers are added to the External Phonebook, that is shared with everyone, those entries will not shoe the name on the call history or the desktop notification?

Is there some configuration I am missing? Or this and intended feature?

Hi.

We are using vitxi version 4.6.0-3 and what user digi says still happens.
Is it normal or am I missing something?

Could you please verify whether the related phonebooks are already associated with the VitXi users?

Also, does the notification appear as “undefined” as well?
