Vitxi Admin Import Not Working!


Just reporting, that the import extension on Vitxi doesn’t work on V4. Tried fresh install, same result.

You can try exporting first, then importing again, no need to change any parameters. This is enough to prove the bugs

In V3 this does not happen. Hopefully every time the QC is released, the QC will be tightened, so that no new issues arise when upgrading.

This issue arises when there is a user without an assigned device. To address this, we are going to update the user import process to make the device field optional.

Meanwhile, you can identify users without a device in the CSV file. Please remove those entries and attempt the import again.
