In Vitalpbx V3 (Vitxi v1), if there is incoming call it automatic open the CRM URL like what is exist on Vitalpbx V4 (Vitxi v4 ) so we can enable the option to auto open the CRM link when the call ringing the agent or after pressing the answer button.
In version 3, this feature is not available. It would be ideal if you planned an upgrade to version 4; this way, you can have the latest features (new features are implemented in version 4), improvements, and issue fixes,
