VitalPBX to support help desk - API endpoint

Curious to know where I would configure an API endpoint for incoming calls to pass info to our Help Desk system?

I cannot seem to find that info in the docs nor in the Admin GUI.

Essentially, our Help Desk is able to use CTI to accept the call info for display, similar to a CRM.
