Hello I need to control calls and see people in the queque and select wich to wich call to answer using the Companion app linked to the Streamdeck control , it’s possible?
Sorry dont fully understand you question, there is no “companion APP” like you mention, you can install and configure the Switchboard module if you want to monitor queue status and extensions and it will allow you way to control calls in a way as you can pickup, terminate, spy on them from the module. This is a webapp which you can access from any browser.
Again not sure if this answers you question fully though.
