VitalPBX - Extension Login and Outbound Calls Work, But Inbound Calls Fail and Proxy Errors Appear

I’m experiencing an issue with my VitalPBX setup and seeking some assistance. Here’s the situation:

  • The extension successfully logs in and can make outbound calls without any problems.
  • Despite the above, I’m noticing some proxy-related errors in the logs, which is puzzling because I haven’t configured any proxy settings explicitly. Here are the errors I’m encountering:

  • The extension isn’t receiving any inbound calls.
  • In the PJSIP Endpoints Status, all extensions are showing up as “Nonqualified” with a yellow label.

I’ve checked the PJSIP settings, including Endpoints and Transports, and I don’t see any outbound proxy settings that might be causing this issue.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue or can offer any advice on where these proxy errors might be coming from and why my extensions aren’t receiving inbound calls despite being registered and able to place outbound calls?
