vitalpbx domain not working

Hi i can register a phone using my ip address but when it change it to my domain which ip address point to its not working

There are a lot of things that could be affecting this. What all have you troubleshot? We need more info, please.

Hi 1Stop_Communication, you will need to provide more details as your request it very broad… When you say (my ip address) are you referring to a private ip or public ip? Is your system cloud or on -premise? if you are using a public IP (ex 35.23.9.29) make sure that you domain is pointing to your PBX > 35.23.9.29… Example mydomain.com > 35.23.9.29. using a DNS A Record.
