VitalPBX Connect Ringing to Wrong Extension

I’ve come across a weird issue with The Vital PBX Connect app. I have a customer who have their extensions set up on their iPhones. The extensions (I’ll call the Ext A and Ext B) having the issue are not in any ring groups or queues. When a call is transferred from the receptionist to Ext A, the VitalPBX Connect app will ring momentarily on Ext B before correctly ringing on Ext A. Not only is this an annoyance for the user on Ext B, but it also logs a missed call on the iPhone. I’ve checked the configuration on the PBX and both extensions and can’t find any reason why this is happening.
