We have VitalPBX 4.5 and last two days, we are facing issue with push notifications. Incoming calls seems to be failing when app is sleeping but work when app is open. This affects almost all 50 endpoints with vitalpbx connect license.
We have a Geofirewall but all IPs for push servers are whitelisted (at least the ones found from 2023). Were any changes made to the push servers?
Our own investigation revealed that the vitalpbx connect application was running through acrobits.cz. Acrobits added new SIP servers, and we resolved the issue by allowing these IP addresses through our firewall. You can also resolve the issue by allowing the following IP addresses or domains. The list is below.
