i need to know can be fetch the call recordings from vitalpbx to crm.
i can see there is an API for CDR, but im not sure whether it’s possible to fetch call recordings as well
so idea is we want to playback every agent call in ERPNext CRM,
If anyone has done that i would really appreciate to come forward and share your experience
Also Vitalpbx support team if you can tell me whether we can fetch the calls
In System general you can set a recording script.
I have done call recording sending via email with this (link the recording in the email to the PBX)
