Are you using IPv6?
Is a self-hosted server?

Self hosted and is behind a reverse proxy
Using IPV4 Only
It could be something with the reverse proxy.
You can check the path “/usr/share/vitalpbx-logs/storage/logs/” for any hints of the error!
