VitalPBX AI Agent – Trigger SMS/Email Based on Caller Intent

We’re trying the new real-time AI agent in VitalPBX.

We want the system to automatically send an SMS or email to the right person when a caller explains why they’re calling (billing, support, sales, etc.).

Has anyone set this up?
Is there a built-in way, or are you using API/webhooks?

Looking for help with the easiest way to do this.

Currently, you can achieve this by calling APIs on your own platform or third-party services.
