We are trying to use the voicemail feature. We have enable that feature in a couple of extension. So we make a call, then wait to time out so we ca leave a message on the voicemail. But after the time out we get the message could not be completed.
I was looking at the full log could see anything

I did my own test, and I was unable to reproduce the issue you are reporting. Here’s my Pastebin.
Yes, I costumer was able to explain the issue and it nothing to do with voicemail module.
