I find on many pbx installations there are settings specific to that site for either the pbx or phones, when other tech’s login they may be unaware or don’t know were to find notes. It would be nice to have a Notes tab were such info can be kept.

I would like to see a place directly on the pbx were a technician can leave notes so the next tech that logs in can see info regaurding that pbx.
