v4.5 Capacity Management

Hello,

We recently updated our server with around 150 tenants from 4.2 to 4.5 and discovered the new “Capacity Management” section under “System General” settings. The section was configured to a maximum of 50 tenants during our update. I would like to know if that number is the default one of was it automatically set according to our server specs?

Our server specs :

CPU Model Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2386G CPU @ 3.50GHz
CPU Cores 12
RAM 32 GB
Disk Usage 101.1 GB Used / 419.2 GB Free

Also, if the number wasn’t automatically adjusted for our specs, what would be the recommended maximum we should set?

Our server currently has around 1100 registered extensions in 150 tenants and our CPU usage is usually around 5%.

That’s a recommendation, not a strict rule. You can host as many customers (tenants) and extensions/devices as your server can handle.

Ok then, I am wondering if there’s a way to permanently hide the warning about exceeding the recommended capacity?

By disabling the option “Enable Global Limits”

Make sure you are running the latest VitalPBX version.
