User Permissions Issue

We have out main PBX and then a number of tenants. We manage Vital from our Super Admin login. We have that set with full permissions.
However, when creating the user profile for the individual end tenant/customer with restricted access, when I log back into Super Admin, I can see I still have all permissions on the Main Master Tenant but I have the same restricted view as my individual end customers do with this Tenant Administrator login.
This defeats the purpose of having a Super Admin, SA should have full access to everything on every tenant.
I see someone else complained of this and no one replied. We need a response on this.
