Use OpenAI / Whisper for Dictation Feature

Hello, would it be possible to use OpenAI / Whisper or gpt-4o for dictation files like we do for voicemails?

We have a use case where doctors all need to have digital files and they would love to have the ability to dictate stuff to be copy pasted to their patient files or sent by email to another specialist.

  • It would boost productivity
  • It would reduce costs since some clinics pay for medica transcription services
  • Would open a new field for us to be able to sell voip services / VitalPBX
