I transferred my phone system to a new cloud machine using a backup/restore function last night. CDR records from backup yesterday are showing, but new CDR records today are not showing in the interface. Both incoming and outgoing calls are working fine; however, the call detail records (CDR) are empty. The call statistics in the dashboard also show that 0 calls have been made. I upgraded another server to version 4
When restoring a version 3 backup to a version 4.1.0.3
The CDR loses the Vitalpbx tenant in the DB CDR structure for any new CDR records
I used this command to restore the setting on new CDR records:
asterisk -x"database put 63228223c8e82b75 name vitalpbx"
