When updating VitalPBX4 to the latest version, I noticed that it said the below:
Setting up vitxi (4.0.2-3) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/apache2/sites-available/vitxi.conf ...
Failed to clear cache. Make sure you have the appropriate permissions.
Configuration cache cleared!
Which seems a bit confusing, did it, or did it not clear cache?
