Unable to run backup - Instead I get this error

I’m getting this error whenever I try running a manual backup. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I tried deleting the backup but when I select delete, I get the same error. I am at version 4.0.3-1.

chown www-data:www-data /var/lib/vitalpbx/backup
chown -R www-data:www-data /var/lib/vitalpbx/backup
