I assume the issue is related to the webhook showing a local IP and no idea how to fix that. I am using Telnex. I see the messages coming in and out from the provider though. Any ideas would be appreciated as I have to get this up and running ASAP for a customer. Thank you.
Do you have a domain/fqdn attached to your server?
Yes. I have a everything setup to point to that local IP. The DNS provider is pointing to my local static IP and my proxy software is taking care of the SSL certs and point to the local IP. @miguel
Then access the PBX using the FQDN/Domain and copy the right webhook URL.
The easiest method, replace the local IP with your domain.
Ensure your PBX is accesible using the domain and HTTPS.
I am unable to reach the PBX as it does not seem to be listening for some reason. I did try to use the FQDN in place of the local IP with no luck. I paid for support and have yet to have anyone try to help today. Really frustrating. @miguel
@miguel I found the issue. It was a simple firewall rule haha.
