Facing an issue with my VitalPBX and IP Phones.
Internal and external outgoing calls can be done but incoming calls are being dropped immediately.
Have since restarted the Router and VitalPBX but to no avail.
Have also raised the issue with the SIP Trunk Provider and they have confirmed that the calls are getting dropped due to an authentication error on the VitalPBX and requested that I disable this authentication feature.
Can someone assist me in finding out which authentication setting I should modify/disable for this?
Not well versed in SIP/IP Phones/VitalPBX as a whole thus will appreciate all the help I can get.
Here are my logs so far with regards to the error,
