Unable to get VitalPBX Connect to work

I have the starter license, and have purchased the PBX Connect App addon.

I have created a device under PBX Connect, and scanned the QR code but nothing works. The app simply says registering. There is no logs, no where to even tell the app our hosted URL.

Without the Mobile app VitalPBX is no good to me at all, so any help would be apprecaited.

Did you set up the Connect Settings with your server’s public IP? After configuring this, you must re-create the Connect devices.

I have my public IP in the both Provisioning and Registration and port is blank.

It gets the information to deplay my name, but my name just keeps on flashing white.

Is there a list of what ports need to be open for Mobile Connect to work ? Currently I have ports like 5060 locked down to only my Trunk providers.

You must open the API ports “3500-3501/TCP”
