If you click on your user name in the upper right corner and choose “Profile” it will present you the option to “Enable 2FA”. If you turn 2FA on via this method you do not get the button on the bottom left to give you the option to set up an authenticator app like you do if turning 2FA on via the user menu. This can cause confusion and situations where 2FA is active but the user is unsure how to finish setting it up it up and the user may then log out thinking the enrolment process will start next time they log in.
