Trying to bock access to ssh except from one ip

I’m trying to only allow ssh from a single ip address. The host is virtual. After I put my ip in and reboot the server and try it from another ip that is not allowed. It still lets me in???

I put the ip of the server in the destination and it still allows me in.

Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
