Checking the suggested setup with how things should be configured when using VitalPBX in a multi-tenant setup.
Basically we want to add a single trunk to the main default admin tenant.
And use this trunk for all incoming/outgoing calls through the PBX regardless of the tenant that is being used in the PBX.
From my understanding this is the recommended setup, does anything need to be configured to share this trunk across the tenants in the PBX.
As noticed the other tenants can’t see this trunk.
Then with handling inbound routes I assume we need to add these for each tenant so we can assign the DID number (Enter the international number format into the DID Pattern field) for the tenant in the PBX that needs to accept calls for this DID number.
With outgoing routes can we just set this in the main default tenant and then if we don’t add anything for each of the individual tenants will it default to the main tenant configuration to allow outgoing calls.
Or will this not work without it being entered for each individual tenant.
