Transcribe Log File

The voicemail-to-transcription feature is great, and it’s really handy having the log file so you can check transcription is working quickly from the GUI. However, one thing we have noticed is that all the voicemail logs go into a single log.
This means that if you have multitenant that you can’t give an onsite contact access to the logs so they can keep an eye on them themselves as they would see all the other customer info.
It would be better to have a separate secure log per tenant.

Log files are intended for system administrators, not for tenant customers.
