Track calls with custom notes

Does VitalPBX have a solution, or does anyone know of any solution that logs all incoming calls, and agents have to put notes on the calls they answered?
So managers can review all calls and notes to see what most calls are related to without needing to listen to recordings.

The agent needs to add notes for each phone call.
You can do this with some CRM’s.
I’m wondering if one of the VitalPBX add-ons offers this.

I think the recording addon has flags/notes for each call.

Yes, that is correct. The notes are also searchable.
