Timezone issue on HTEK Models in Provisioning Templates

I am using VitalPBX One 4.5.0-1

The timezone reverts to always Russia(Vladivostok) for all HTEK Model Phones in Provisioning → Templates
Just this Brand, others are ok.

Can anyone else confirm this?
