The connection to your server could not be established

Hi

Getting the following error with VitXi WebRTC when logging in as the main admin user that was created:

The connection to your server could not be established.

Please, contact the administrator.

Are using VitalPBX 4.2.0-3 with VitXi installed on the same server.

Have made sure that the following is enabled in the firewall:

VitXi WebRTC on port 6001
and
Asterisk HTTP Daemon on port 8088-8089

Mini HTTP server is set with HTTP and TLS enabled on port 8088 and 8089

But nothing set in the HTTP Bind Address or TLS Bind Address fields so just showing as 0.0.0.0

Certificate is set to the main certificate of the PBX server.

In VitXi WebRTC have in the PBX Settings area set the host name as the domain name that is being used for VitalPBX and HTTPS port as 443, PJSIP port as 5060, WSS Port as 8089 and API Port as 3501.

Any ideas of what the issue is.

Hello,

Please update to the latest version: 4.2.0-6.

Let me know if the issue is resolved after the update.

Best regards,

Yes should already be running the latest versions:
VitalPBX - 4.2.0-3
and
VitXi - 4.2.0-6

Let me know if we should be checking anything else.

Please run the following commands:

vitxi logs:clear
vitxi app:fix-permissions
vitxi optimize
systemctl restart vitxi && systemctl restart vitxi-worker

Ok have run the above and all run without any issues and complete.

But when logging into Vitixi again still the same error

The connection to your server could not be established.
Please, contact the administrator.

Please go to VitalPBX > Addons > Click on “Check Online”,

Then, click on reinstall VitXi,

Finally, reload VitXi with CTRL + F5 and check if everything works,

Thanks

Working well now
